God, I offer myself to Thee to build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self that I may better do Thy Will. Take away my difficulties that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love, and Thy Way of Life. May I do Thy Will always.

Oh, that You would bless me indeed and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would always be with me, and that You would keep me from evil.

Thank You for keeping me sober today. Amen.

Well, yesterday ended up being a very good day. When I arrived, the guys from India had emailed the file prepared for loading the fixed asset subledger. We were within $200-300K of my analysis which was great. GE should still save close to $2 million in excess depreciation. I finished preparing and finalizing the data for the load, and then spent the rest of the day reading articles about the war with Iraq and daydreaming about Tucker. I think I'm lovesick. I even started composing a sonnet for him. I feel like a little girl in junior high.

Anyway, I went to the 6 o'clock AA meeting and the topic was forgiveness. Tom M, Tom W, Ryan, and I went to Marco's for dinner afterwards, and Tom W and I spent most the evening listening to Tom M and Ryan talk about men. We agreed later how nice it was not be caught up in all that anymore. Tom W and I went across the street to Crossroads afterwards so I could buy a card for Tucker and then had coffee and tea. Dan came by and joined us. The three of us just sat and laughed and traded old nicknames for a while.

When I came home, Tom M had left a message apologizing for harming me if he had done so by 13th Stepping me several years earlier. I returned the call and left a message that I did not feel harmed but that he might want to discuss the issue in general with his sponsor. I don't think Tom knows when he's lying and when he's not anymore because he does it so often.

My old sponsee Antwoine called from Lew Sterrett. He's still waiting to be transferred to Safe P for treatment. He sounded good, and I'm glad he's doing well.

Now I'm off to breakfast with Ross at Lucky's.
