I am so tired this morning and definitely overslept. Yesterday evening I went down to Preservation Dallas to help address and stuff envelopes for the Landmark Reception next month. I doubt I'll go as Ebby Halliday is the keynote speaker. I know she's done a lot for Dallas, and I'm not usually political about these kind of things, but I'm kind of miffed about the innuendo regarding the recently passed anti-discrimination ordinance that she included in her letter of support for Mary Poss' candidacy for Mayor. Maybe Dan's pinko commie liberal politics are rubbing off on me more than I know. We'll see.
Afterwards, I went to our step study group at David G's new house. The topic of the meeting was Step Ten. It was a very good discussion but very long as well. We didn't leave until sometime after 11, I think, and I stayed up too late after that. I vote for not meeting past 10 in the future.
Tucker called while I was out. He is such a sweet man. I am so excited to see him. Can't wait. Only a day and half more.
