God, I offer myself to Thee to build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self that I may better do Thy Will. Take away my difficulties that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love, and Thy Way of Life. May I do Thy Will always.
Oh, that You would bless me indeed and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would always be with me, and that You would keep me from evil.
Thank You for keeping me sober today. Amen.
Hooray! Dan, Kelly, and I leave on our West Texas roadtrip this morning. Only eight hours 'til I get to see Tucker.
Yesterday, I felt awful. I don't know what was wrong with me, but I was so tired all day. I think something funky is in the air. I had very little to do at work. I finished compiling what I could for the 052300 reconciliation.
After work, I went by Banana Republic to buy Dad a birthday present, went by StatScript to pick up my meds, and stopped by Crossroads Market to buy some cards for Dad, Nathan, and Tucker. I came home, wrapped Dad's present, readied the cards, shaved, and drove over to Mom & Dad's for dinner. We had such a good time. Granny seems to be doing well. She's so alert and pleasant when she's not drinking. Little Gracie almost started walking and seemed very entertained by me. In fact, when I turned my head to talk to Hailee, she let out such a scream. I thought I must have stepped on her or something, but Jennifer said that it was because I quit paying attention to her.
Okay, I've got to shower and pack before Kelly comes by to pick me up. Will blog on Monday -- hopefully with pictures.
