Oh, I feel so much better now. Just finished dinner - baked pork chops, baked acorn squash, and green beans almondine. It is so good. I'm so glad I found those recipes. Just got off the phone with Dan, too. I am going to miss him. He gets me out of myself so well and gives me the break I so rarely give myself.

OK, about my day. Tucker called this morning before I left for work. That was nice. I like getting to know him. I love his voice and his laugh. I just want to cuddle up next to him. I sent the card I found in the closet. Hope it's not too mushy. But it's sent, so there's nothing I can do about it now.

I worked all day on the fixed asset procedures and the 052300 account reconciliation. I don't know if I will ever get that reconciled. I don't understand where everything is posting and how I'm supposed to match them without any unique identifiers. And the internal auditor did email again this afternoon. Fortunately, I didn't blow my top. I just replied that I answered his questions twice before this week and the answer today remained the same. There is no more information available. He should contact the GE employees if he's seeking something different. Hopefully, that's the end of that.

I sent off the soil sample to A&M today. Hope I get the results back in time to add whatever I need to so I can plant the wildflowers the first week of April. I'm looking forward to that.

Went to hear Dennis tell his story at the 6. He did a good job, and he speaks very well. I should make more of an effort to know him better. Will work on that.

By the way, a potential sponsor candidate came to mind today. I'm going to think about asking Stan to be my sponsor. He's been sober a long time. He always has a smile on his face. He always has something to share. I know that he's been in a committed relationship which I need to learn how to do. I believe his lover died of AIDS so he'd be sensitive to that. I think he's also in Finance, he works out, and he's musical. Dan thinks he might be a good choice, but I'm going to wait until Dan's told everyone that he's leaving.

Anyway, that was my day. Good night.
