Yesterday was the fourth day I felt "off" this week. I don't know what is the matter with me. Except for wearing myself out gardening on Sunday, I can't think of anything unusual that's happened to cause this.
I came home from work and took a two-hour nap. Maybe I just needed some sleep. I watched Madonna on Will & Grace and some of ER. I went to get some cigarettes and went to bed pretty early. Hope this passes soon. I was so focused and productive for two months straight, but the past few days I've just been foggy and lethargic. I think it would be a good idea to begin meeting regularly with my new AA sponsor Charlie. I'll call him this evening. That's it for today. Hope to be more loquacious soon.
