What a busy couple of weeks. We finished year-end close at work. I spent most of the Easter holiday weekend unpacking, cleaning up. doing laundry, and catching up on schoolwork. Easter Sunday I spent with my family.
The Rebellion Dogs were to meet at my place last night, but only Disco Dan could make it. We went for coffee at Crossroads Market which was very, very nice. Such a beautiful day yesterday. It was the first time in a while that I had just sat back and relaxed. I was able to talk to Dan about something that had been on my mind. Amazing how this program works.
Tuesday I finished my taxes, and I filed them electronically last night. Dagnabit, but I owe money again this year. Never again. My next project is going to be finishing putting everything on Quicken. Perhaps I can get that done this summer since there don't seem to be any classes offered at school that pertain to my certificate program. I also want to work on applying some of what I've learned in class to different theories roaming around in my head like defining the relationship between retail establishments or sales and residential and/or working populations.
Tonight I go to dinner with my old roommate Stephanie. I'm looking forward to seeing her again.
